實歲和虛歲有什麼差別？
實歲（周歲）為國際通用計算方式，以「生日」為基準，每過一個生日才增加一歲。虛歲則是東亞傳統計算法，出生時即算一歲，此後每過一個農曆新年再增一歲，因此虛歲通常比實歲大 1 至 2 歲。虛歲在保險、傳統醫療及部分民俗習慣中仍有沿用。
Actual age (周歲) is the internationally used method — one year is added on each birthday. East Asian age (虛歲) starts at one at birth and adds a year at each Lunar New Year, making it typically 1–2 years higher than actual age. It is still used in insurance, traditional medicine, and cultural contexts.
民國年和西元年怎麼換算？
民國年加上 1911 即得西元年，例如民國 79 年 = 1911 + 79 = 西元 1990 年；反之，西元年減去 1911 則得民國年。本工具支援直接輸入民國年格式（如「79-05-20」），自動轉換，無需手動計算。
