📦 Taiwan Multi-Carrier Tracking
One search across Taiwan's major carriers to track your package status
Tracking a Parcel in Taiwan, in English
If you're shopping on Taiwanese platforms — Shopee, momo, PChome — or receiving mail here, the shipping notification usually names a carrier you may not recognize, on a website that may not have an English mode. This tool queries eight major Taiwan domestic carriers from a single box: paste the tracking number, hit Track, and each carrier's latest status comes back in one place. Not sure which carrier has your parcel? Leave "Select All" on — only the carrier that recognizes the number returns data.
Note: the status text and timeline come from the carriers' own systems, so checkpoint descriptions are typically in Chinese — but the timestamps and progression (received → in transit → delivered) read the same in any language.
Who's Who: Taiwan's Carriers for Newcomers
| Carrier | What it is | Tracking number hints |
|---|---|---|
| Chunghwa Post 中華郵政 | The national postal service — handles registered mail and inbound international parcels | UPU 13-character code: 2 letters + 9 digits + 2 letters, ending in TW (e.g. RA000000000TW) |
| Yamato 黑貓宅急便 | "Black Cat" — the Japanese door-to-door courier's Taiwan operation, known for cold-chain delivery | Usually 12 digits |
| 7-11 Express 交貨便 | Parcel pickup/dropoff at 7-Eleven stores — hugely popular for C2C sales | Numeric pickup code from the order page |
| HCT 新竹物流 | One of the largest domestic B2C trucking networks | Numeric consignment number |
| Kerry TJ 嘉里大榮 | Domestic freight and parcel network | Numeric consignment number |
| Taiwan Pelican Express 宅配通 | Home-delivery courier | Numeric consignment number |
| FS Logistics 富昇 | momo shopping's in-house delivery arm | From momo's order-inquiry page |
| PChome Express 網家速配 | PChome's in-house delivery arm | From PChome's order-inquiry page |
The Convenience-Store Pickup System
One thing that surprises newcomers: a huge share of Taiwan's e-commerce parcels are delivered not to homes but to convenience stores — you pick the 7-Eleven or FamilyMart nearest you at checkout, then collect the parcel at the counter with the pickup code and photo ID (or the store's app barcode). It's cheap (often under NT$60), there's no missed-delivery dance, and stores are open 24/7. If your Shopee order says 7-11 交貨便, that's this system — track the code here, and go collect once the status shows it has arrived at the store. Parcels are typically held for about a week before being returned to sender.
International Parcels: Where This Tool Fits
The eight carriers here are domestic. For a parcel coming into Taiwan, the journey has two halves: the international leg (DHL/FedEx/UPS, or postal EMS/air mail — track those on the origin carrier's site) and the domestic last mile. Postal items hand over to Chunghwa Post at customs, and from that point the UPU code ending in TW (or the domestic registered-mail number) is trackable right here. If an online shop gave you a code ending in TW, select Chunghwa Post and query it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my query return "No data found"?
Most often the parcel simply hasn't received its first scan yet — a "shipped" notification usually precedes the carrier's intake scan by several hours. Otherwise: check for typos or stray spaces, make sure the right carrier is selected (or select all), and try again later if the carrier's query service is momentarily down.
Can I track several parcels at once?
One number per query — enter each parcel's number separately so the result cards stay unambiguous.
How fresh is the data?
Queries go to the carriers' official tracking in real time. Checkpoint events appear minutes to hours after physical scanning; expect delays around holidays and shopping-festival peaks like Double 11.
How long do tracking records last?
Carriers keep history for roughly 30–90 days after delivery. If you might need the record later — say for a return dispute — screenshot it soon after the parcel arrives.
