網購包裹最惱人的兩件事:一是收到「已出貨」通知卻不知道是哪一家物流、要開哪個網站查;二是同時等好幾個包裹,得在黑貓、新竹、中華郵政的官網之間切來切去。這個工具把台灣常見的 8 家物流追蹤集中在同一個輸入框——貼上編號、按查詢,就一次彙整各家的最新配送狀態,不必再記一堆查詢網址。

Two things make tracking a Taiwan parcel annoying: you often don't know which carrier shipped it, and following several parcels means hopping between each carrier's site. This tool puts the eight common Taiwan carriers behind one box — paste the number, hit track, and it pulls together each carrier's latest status.

How to Recognise Taiwan Carriers by Tracking Number

各家物流的編號長度與格式不同,先辨識出物流商,查詢命中率會高很多。下表為常見特徵,僅供辨識參考(實際格式各家可能調整):

Formats above are recognition hints, not guarantees — carriers may change them. Chunghwa Post uses the UPU-style 13-character code ending in TW; Yamato is commonly 12 numeric digits; the rest are numeric consignment numbers from the seller's shipping notice.

  • 先看訂單頁:蝦皮、momo、PChome、Yahoo 等平台的訂單詳情通常會標示「配送方式」或「物流商」,這是最準的來源。 Check the order page first — Shopee, momo, PChome and Yahoo usually name the carrier under "Shipping Method".
  • 再看編號特徵:對照上方辨識表,用編號長度與前後綴縮小範圍(例如結尾 TW 幾乎就是中華郵政)。 Then match the number against the table above — a TW suffix, for instance, almost always means Chunghwa Post.
  • 還是不確定就全選:保留「全選」直接查,系統會比對各家、由命中的物流回傳結果。 Still unsure? Leave "Select All" on and query — only the matching carrier returns data.
  • 剛出貨查不到很正常:包裹要等物流實際掃描入站後才有第一筆記錄,出貨當下常是「查無資料」,隔數小時再查即可。 A brand-new shipment often shows no data until the first scan — check again in a few hours.

為什麼查詢結果顯示「查無資料」?

可能原因包括:(1) 追蹤編號輸入錯誤(請確認無空白或多餘字元);(2) 包裹尚未更新追蹤資訊(部分物流在包裹入站後才有記錄);(3) 您選擇的物流商與實際配送商不符;(4) 該物流商的 API 暫時無回應。建議重新確認編號並嘗試個別勾選正確的物流公司。

Possible reasons: (1) The tracking number has a typo or extra spaces; (2) The carrier hasn't scanned the package yet; (3) The selected carrier doesn't match the actual one; (4) The carrier's API is temporarily unavailable. Verify the number and try selecting the correct carrier individually.

可以同時查詢多個追蹤編號嗎?

目前版本一次支援單一追蹤編號查詢。若需追蹤多個包裹,請逐一輸入不同的編號進行查詢。這樣設計是為了確保查詢速度與結果呈現的清晰度——多編號並發查詢容易造成介面混亂,後續版本可能會考慮加入批次查詢功能。

The current version supports one tracking number at a time. Query multiple packages by entering each number separately. This design keeps results clear and performance optimal — a batch query feature may be considered in future updates.

如何知道我的包裹是哪家物流?

一般可從購物平台的訂單頁面(如蝦皮、Yahoo、Momo)查看「配送方式」欄位;或檢查追蹤編號格式:台灣各家物流的編號長度和前綴通常不同(例如黑貓為英數組合、中華郵政為 13 位、7-11 交貨便為特定前綴)。若不確定,可勾選所有物流後一起查詢,系統會自動比對。

Check your order page on shopping platforms (Shopee, Yahoo, Momo) for the "Shipping Method" field. You can also identify carriers by tracking number format — each carrier has characteristic length and prefix patterns. If unsure, select all carriers and query together; the system will find the matching one.

查詢資料多久會更新一次?

本工具直接串接各物流公司的官方追蹤,資料即時反映各物流系統的最新狀態。各物流公司自行決定追蹤記錄的更新頻率——一般配送節點(如進站、出站、配達)在到站後幾分鐘至數小時內更新,假日或高峰期可能略有延遲。

This tool directly calls each carrier's official tracking API, reflecting their real-time data. Update frequency is controlled by each carrier — checkpoint events (arrival, departure, delivery) typically update within minutes to hours of scanning. Delays may occur during holidays or peak periods.

如果包裹已簽收,記錄還能查到嗎?

各物流公司保留追蹤記錄的時間不同,一般在簽收後 30–90 天內仍可查詢。超過各家系統的保留期限後,查詢結果可能顯示「查無資料」。若需要保留物流記錄,建議在包裹到達後截圖或記錄追蹤資訊。

Each carrier retains tracking history for different periods — typically 30 to 90 days after delivery. Beyond that, queries may return "No data found." If you need to preserve shipping records, screenshot or note the tracking details shortly after delivery.

支援台灣以外的國際物流查詢嗎?

目前整合的 8 家物流公司均為台灣本地物流,主要處理台灣境內的包裹配送追蹤。對於跨境包裹(如從日本、美國寄來的包裹),建議直接前往各國際物流商(如 DHL、FedEx、UPS、EMS)的官網查詢,或使用支援國際物流的第三方追蹤平台。

The current 8 integrated carriers are all Taiwan-based domestic logistics providers. For international shipments (from Japan, the US, etc.), visit the international carrier's official website directly (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS) or use a third-party tracking platform that supports international carriers.
